I am finally watching the finale of Lost Season 6. It seems so exciting. Yet I feel a twinge of sadness. The drama is ending. All the tribulations that we went through watching LOST and now seeing it ending finally brings some sadness it my heart.
Despite my friends stating that the finale was stupid, I beg to differ. I see it as fitting. Naturally, there are so many questions to answer and ask ... but I like the ending with everyone getting together. The ending reminds me of Mitch Albom's book - the five persons you meet in heaven. Everyone needs to get together to learn to move on and let go and even in death there are unanswered questions, but it is still important to let go of the past and leave in the now. Eckhart Tolle was right... why leave in the past? When the only thing important is living in the Now.
Kudos.. to the writers of LOST. Luckily for us, you did not write anything tragic. Instead you gave us hope :-)

Sick
Today I was so sick. I had the most awful of diarrohea. It was the worst thing to happen. In the end I went to work feeling sick and came back home feeling the worst. The only good thing from this situation that I had a good sleep and work up feeling much better. Not sure whether my tummy is alright since I ate so much of curry with a 3 tbsp of rice.

Progess: Never Doubt Myself
Each day when I think that things are not going the right way, the Lord surprises me.
Today the following took place:
1. My boss dropped by and spoke to me. He said that I gave good feedback and I that I also should consider other things that we did not think off. He said this in a nice way and did not admonish me. He also backed me up.
2. My colleagues informed that I am very effective as a PM.
3. My team mates look up to me as someone to lead them.
4. My colleagues give me snacks to munch on.
5. I have people who cares for me.
6. I will be able to fly to regional countries starting in October.
7. I am getting a fatter paycheck more than what I am getting before - in less than 2 years, my paycheck has moved to 2k. Means that my pay is upgraded 1k each year. That's very good. I am happy and pray that I will be continually be blessed with expected and unexpected income.
8. I am blessed with good and caring friends.

BBC Top 100 Books
I decided to track whether I too can digest all the books that BBC has claimed as the "Top 100 Books" of all time.
Listed here are the books and remarks whether I have either watched or read them. Luckily for me, most of the classics were translated in movies. Since my friends have adviced that the reading the book and watching the movie are two different things entirely. I have decided that for the moment, I will forego those books that I was brought alive to the movies - those stories that I saw but concentrate on those books that I have yet to read.

Lost Season 6
I decided to not waste time and watch Lost Season 6. It was so terrific - the start of the season but I could not watch it to the end as I was sleepy and the next day I had to go to work.
Well that was Thursday and today is Sunday. Yesterday till today - I watched 5 episodes of Lost and I find that I cannot stop. All the suspense and the thrill of it has not subsided. The only bad thing is that broadband connection sucks like crazy.
I am so glad that my friend offerred to download for me this. I am glad that I remembered to watch this.
Next week, I will continue watching at least 6 episodes. And when I finished watching the whole season, I will start watching all the episodes of Star Wars. Finally I will watch Salt and the Prince of Persia. So October will be a month of movies instead of books.

Keeping The Faith
I am determined to lose weight, get back to my size 10 years ago and remain slim and lean forever. I want to be fit. I want to be able to complete marathons. I want to be able to feel like I am flying. I want my skin to glow with good health. I want my stomach to be as flat as a surfboard. I refuse to give it to muffin tops, tummies with a heavy pouch and difficulty to breathe and tire easily.
I want to be fit. I want to make a promise to myself. To always look good in anything especially a bikini and be fit.

Things That I AM GRATEFUL
Just wanted to let you know that there are so many things that I am grateful for. Many good things have happenning and I feel these good things are coming in abudance.. I just need to keep believing.
1. I got a 8MB pen drive - for free! I was planning to get one for so long and then suddenly my good friend presented me with an 8MB pen drive jus out of the blue. Yippee! Thank God for small mercies.
2. My friends at work are so close to me and cares for me. They share their life with me and I am happy things are going well.
3. I could run the stairs!
4. I can walk up 3 flights of stairs without panting!
5. My clothes are beginning to look good on me :-)
6. I am eating more vegetables than I used to do before :-)
7. I eat less each day and night. I no longer am so hungry in the morning.
8. I eat oats in the morning. 1 cup full of good for health oats.
9. People who know me trust my judgement.
10. I like it when people go all the way to help and assist me out. I am happy to be in their priority.

Keeping In Mind for a Walkathon
I need to keep in mind the walkathon that will be held in Penang. This will occur in Penang 3 week of November. I pray to the Lord to give me strength and perseverance to do more exercise and get myself reading for this walkathon. It certainly would be interesting. It would also give me some indication of achieving something especially in heath and fitness.
I am keeping my fingers cross. Need to plan this out and see where I can go.

Running Up The Stairs
Today I did more exercise than I initially wanted too. As the evening bode and I was getting ready to go home. I cajoled myself that I would take it easy this tonight and not attempt to run. After all, my back hurt. It would seemed that carrying my laptop probavly made it worse but I could not afford to leave my laptop back home as I have 2 meetings lined up tomorrow.
Today, I managed to run a little bit more than I did two days ago. I believe I must have made 15 runs up the stairs than the 12 rounds that I did yesterday. I also noticed that my fitness level is getting better, I can endure more lengthier exercise and my body is more flexible.
Let's see whether I can beat my own score tomorrow. Till then. Ciao.

ACV Goodness
After taking ACV for the past 1 week I noticed few things that I am happy about. I shall list these down here so I can track my progress after taking ACV.
- I am full of energy and not much lazy as I used to be
- I feel that the fuzzy white coating on my tongue in the morning has reduced.
- I feel warm and not so cold like I use to do.
- I no longer have difficult constipation and is able to go to the loo naturally.
- I do not smell much even after exercising which is such a boon.
- I feel that my body is much lighter.
- I feel that my sinus is decreasing.
- I feel livelier and more energetic.
Fitness Progress
I am so glad to report that my fitness level has gone up. Today in the evening on my way back home, the escalator at the LRT station was not in a working condition, thus commuters had no choice but to walk up or down the escalator, including me. Mind you the passage to the top of escalator to the train platform was steep. I grunted disapprovingly. I prayed inwardly that I will not disgust myself or the commuters behind me by lagging behind as I climbed the steep stairway.
Amazingly, I managed to climb up the escalator without much heaving or grunting. My breath was even and I was not totally out of breath. For a while, I did get tired as I neared the platform but I willed myself to breathe in and out and persevere by not changing the pace of my stride. Luckily I did not embarrass myself. Some of the commuters were not lucky as I heard them breathing hard and some were even out of breath. I did it, I grinned inwardly and outwardly, flashing my smile and beaming face with glee.
When I reached the town, I found that I was not an inch unhappy that I had to wait for the minibus to move. I thought only of the walk that I had to do to reach my home and this made me glad for I had some excuse for an exercise.
When I got home, I almost did not want to do further exercise. I was not even hungry but since my mum prepared some food, I ate this. After 1 hour in front of the TV and having enough of rest. I decided to change into my night clothes and thus begun to walk up and down the stairs. Although I could only do 5 mins of walking up and down the stairs at a time, I felt that I have been progressing well. I did few more walks on the stairs during intervals and at one particular time, I even managed to run up and down the stairs 12 times!
Yippee! I feel that my fitness level is progressing. I am not so much out of breath. Although I do know that I need to push myself more so I can test out my fitness.
I used to be the one who could climb SIX flights of stairs without panting. Even when my fitness level faltered, I only managed to catch my breath at the 5th floor. I was hardly floored like the rest of the people who tried to emulate me by climbing the stairs. Not bad for someone who is only 5 - 7 years older than them!
I am so thrilled of my run. I wish to do more but will not want to hurt my knees. Yesterday, I think I pushed myself too much or did the plie exercise wrongly. I am determine to run anyhow. I feel so good inside. I feel that my body is lighter and I am like a bird gliding. Oh.. what a good feeling it is :-)

Of Ill-Thought and Presumptions
Today I watched the picture entitled "Rescue Dawn". I have noticed that Astro had played this several times but was reluctant to watch it thinking it to be violent.
Rescue Dawn is a movie about a US air force personnel whose plane got shot down by the Vietcong and was held as a prisoner. The story enfolds on how he plotted and managed to escape his tormentors. If you were like myself, who is careful not to view movies which are sad or about human abuse, you would think that it would be filled with torture stories, blood and pain. However the movie was not at all violent as I was deigned to think all these years. Instead the movie if you would allow me - was about one man's believe that he can escape the hell hole that he was. This prisoner not only brought up the spirits of his fellow inmates up by getting them to believe that they can and will be free, but also to picture their freedom and their situation to be something as the ordinary such as eating scrumptious food during the so called lunch time.
In short, the movie blew me away. I do not know about you but I rather liked the movie. To me it was all about human spirit and what you believe in. If you believed that you are free no mater what the circumstances you are in, you will be free. I like movies like this as it empowers one to think that they are able to do just about anything if their mind tells them to. I am glad that I have cast aside my ill-thoughts and presumption that this would be a violent movie and watched it.
I am happy to change my so called presumptuous mind. I have always liked to be open minded - it is good that I am starting to change. Change however small it is, makes life more fun.

Looking Good
I must admit I am happy. With the exercises that I was doing these few days, I now look more trim and attractive. I can see a good streamline of my body. I seem to have a smaller tummy pouch and my the size of my hip looks slighter decreased or trimmed - whatever it is I am happy with the fast results.
I am also terribly happy that all the walking up and down the stairs exercise has been is churning results in that my legs and bum are looking more trim and sleek. I am also happy with the somewhat short yoga exercise that I have been doing whenever I remember is also reaping some results.
Well, I am looking good as so far and I am thrilled to find out whether I can look much better. I want my trip to Thailand to be successful. I want to look good and sexy. I have always like to look successful, beautiful and intelligent. I am on my way to do all this :-)
Watch me soar the skies!

Exercising + Maintaining Good Habit
I am happy to report that I have been diligently exercising. I was quite lazy today compared to other days but I made myself to walk up and down the stairs for a bit. I did not want to do too much. I did not want to wash my hair again. I have been sweating like crazy due to the warm heat else it is my ceiling fan that is giving me clues that it is slowly needs cleaning.
Anyways, I have also been diligently drinking ACV. I feel that my body is much tighter and is showing signs that it is getting fit :-) What happiness! I still haven't managed to get myself to get up early and start running!
I miss running. I know definitely without a doubt that I will lose tremendous amount of weight if I have started running again. Never mind is I could not run like the wind. However I am determined to lose weight! I want to be fit and I want to wear all my clothes again. My pretty body which was once deemed to be very sexy cannot be hiding all the time under black clothes or jackets. I just noticed that most of my clothes were all either black, grey, brown or blue. Sigh! I have seen what colors do to women - it makes them more attractive and becoming. I want to me like these women - stylish and successful.
Shopping Manic
Today I went shopping again.. not intentionally I confess. I just followed my brother and his wife - my sis-in law. What was supposed to be something more of a vegetable shopping turned out to be an expensive evening. I spend RM172.00 at one time! Not again. I need to stop this shopping episode. It seems like as though I have endless amount of money. I can't stop buying things! I keep thinking that I need this and that I need to store things! I remember all the tons of lotions that I have bought. I have not even used or completed anything!
That reminds me... I need to start using all my lotions again. I want to have nice smooth skin again. With all the money that I am spending, I may as well use it of myself. A two in one benefit (grin) will do me the world of good not to mention allow me to have radiant skin.

Nancy Drew + Multitasking
I am spending most of my time listening to Nancy Drew's podcast whilst cleaning the room or surfing the web. At times.. when I am busy I am amazed how fast I get to finish listening to the podcast.
At the same time.. when I get bored from lying down too much on the bed, I do some exercises.. mostly leg exercises or yoga. I have half an hour to go before I go down to watch the movie "Ghost of Girlfriends Past". This is certainly interesting listening to podcast whilst doing something. In this way I get to finish a 2 in 1. Talk about multitasking!

Road to Slim #2
Ha. I am happy. Just two days of walking up and down and doing some bits of exercise here and there, my black jeans don't feel so tight anymore. In fact, it now follows the shape of my body...not that it is bad... come on I need to face the truth.. just last week... the same jeans was bulging. I could see my muffin top from afar. I was horrified.
Now I am proud to say is that I can managed to run up and down the stairs for a good 3mins few times after some rest and albeit some pant. However I am not panting like crazy anymore. I am getting fitter day by day and I know it :-) Smirk! I can't wait to lose some more weight and then try on my coats - I hope to be able to button them up. However first I want to lose some of the baby fat from my shoulders - it makes me big not to mention is unsightly! Then I want to lose some weights at my hip area and my upper thighs. I need to minimize the size and shape of the thighs! It makes me look large for no reason. Then it is my tummy and then the stomach pooch. This will help to minimize the jiggly bits!

Trip to the dentist
Today I accompanied my mom to the dentist. She has been wanting to do this for months -just to extract one small tooth and get new dentures and I took such a long time. She has been asking my brothers for months since Jan this year and well... we all claimed we were too busy. It was just a short trip. It is so near my house. I forgot to let the lady know that we can't come next Tuesday for the appointment cause I will be at work and mom is not someone who knows her way here and there. She is no longer the outdoorsy sort of person. I feel good. I managed to do something rather than just sit and lie down in the house the whole day.
I went over to the 2 dollar shop and bought some things - well not all the things I wanted was there. I also got me too large big t-shirts that I could convert as a pajama t-shirt. Too bad... I am too big else I would get some teddies for myself. Anyways... soon... I shall be small and would look good in teddies and lingerie.
Well I guess.. casting aside my scrooges tendency.. will pay for mum's dentures.. it is going to make a hole in my pocket but I believe money is coming in abundance to me. I am a money magnet and I am not just saying that to make myself happy. Money will come. I know this. This is my year. I will be making big bucks! If only I would get a bigger pay to go with it. RM7200 pay is what I am looking for.
Later I am going to clean the bathroom like what I have been wanting to do since last Sunday and also mop my room. I can't be having new things in my room and not bother to mop it. Besides.. this task is long overdue. If only God would make the fan in my room go faster in speed so it would not be so hot.. this will immensely make me happy also :-)

ACV Challenge
After reading, hearing and knowing about the wonderful benefits of ACV, I finally decided to get myself use to the idea of drinking it each day. After weeks of trying to remind myself to purchase the ACV and keep forgetting it. I finally seized my chance last Sunday to purchase a bottle of ACV. I saw the Liquid Aminos and was itching to buy it but I did not want to spend so much in one day. After all, I already spent RM1000 in 1 afternoon. If I am not so much of a chicken - I knew within that two weeks, the purchase of clothes, food and what nots has set me back to another 1k making it all together a whopping RM2K. That is whole lot of money to spend on something which is unquantifiable and perishable.
Today, I drank ACV 3times and even managed to drink 1 cup once before dinner and two cups after dinner. Plan to do this 30days and then if successful carry on for another 2 more months.

Podcast : Nancy Drew #1
Thrilled! I am happy that I have changed my mind about listening to podcast. I am so delighted of listening to podcasts. they are so much fun although they take up so much time. At times, reading is much better but then again not as much fun as someone reading it to you :-)
I am currently listening to Nancy's Drew podcast on "Secret of the Old Clock". It is kind of long - 45mins * 5 = 225. 225 mins / 60 mins = 3.75hours
However it is fun. I get to complete organizing my closet at the same time whilst listening. I was so happy.
Listening/reading Nancy Drew books are so much fun. I even attempted to find out books on Hardy Boys and also on Famous Five. I managed to find these books and the whole lot of Hardy Boys. I did not want to take on the audio version and opted for books. Not sure when I will be able to read this. There are so many books to read!

Nancy Drew Books
I have started back my long lost fave habit - which was to read Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books. I have two brothers and we did not have much money. All mom would say was that we are having financial problems so we could not afford to buy books. I can't remember how my brothers have managed to get their hands on one of the Hardy Boys books. However that became my long time passion - I started reading the boys - there were all three of them. I loaned from the library books on Nancy Drew after having read from one of the books that she is a female sleuth.
The passion for reading detective book other than Secret Seven and so many other ... I can't remember but all these books were my passion. Luckily the school library stocked them. Whenever I could I borrowed these books from friends.
I have decided to start back my passion for reading Nancy Drew books. Herewith the list of books from Carolyn Keene. It is true that most of the books were written my ghost writers - which probably went out to explained why sometimes.. I was so confused with the difference in writing style. No matter, I shall re-read those I have forgotten and mark it in this blog on those I am sure I have read :-)

IKEA Laptop Stand - Brada
I so love my IKEA laptop stand. It is amazing. It helps me to type more and still laze lying down on my bed. It helps my aching shoulders from lying down and perching on the laptop. Abomination! The things that I do to myself... and the pain I undergo and yet I still do it.
Enough! With this new stand, I am happy. I no longer need to endure the pain and the incredible amount of nerve wrecking horrific putting on all the weight on my hands and elbows.

My IKEA Clothes Closet
I am so happy. The clothes closet that I have been wanting all this while has finally arrived. No I did not get this free. In fact I had to pay for it. Nevertheless this is proof of the pudding that the law of attraction worked! The mighty Lord of Universe gave me what I had wanted. A beautiful clothes closet to call my own, within my budget and is large enough to accommodate all of my clothes. I have been wanting this for months! I have been scouring furniture shops, websites, and also the newspapers. I have been looking for a good deal and something of quality else my mom berates me for counting money instead of quality.
The moment the IKEA delivery guy called me, I was ecstatic. Such great news! I have been diligently plotting what and how to stock my clothes. I even bought brand new hangers. I ensured that all IKEA only hangers are placed in the closet. Not because I am such a snob but for practical reasons. The IKEA hangers are huge and are fitting to place all my jackets in the closet.
Hurrah! There are so much of work to do. Will continue later in the evening else tomorrow.

IKEA + SPENDING
Today I went to Ikea with my brother and sister in law. Before that I went with them for breakfast, Sogo shopping mall and also had lunch at an expensive restaurant - not that the food was expensive and superb just that the price was marked up.
Back to the Ikea story: I was full of glee and was so thrilled. I found so many beautiful things. I keep taking one thing after another - anything that caught my eye or my fancy. Everything seemed so cheap though may were still on the high end of price. In the end I spent whooping RM900 almost 1k. I nearly died. My eyes bulged when I the cashier mouthed the price of the purchase. Though I knew some of my brother things' was also included, I grew frantic. I estimate that I must have spend a thousand - this includes the things that I bought in Sogo supermarket and the Jaya Grocer.
However I am happy. Nothing is for naught. I believe all good things happens to me and continues happening all the time. I also believe that all the money that I am spending right now will come back to me in good and returns three fold the cost that I spent.
My brother is right. I need to learn to budget myself and no give into spending because I have the cash. It is always good to be spending wisely rather than a stupid fool. I do think that I have spent wisely. I bought myself a clothes closet - something that I have been hunting for months. I was reluctant to be made to spend my money because the sale was made to be such a way that to get the price of a closet I am - must buy a mattress. I think this is the wrong way of marketing. Businesses are supposed to induce us to buy not blackmail us into buying.
I believe that I am making prudent choices in my purchases this year. I am saving money all the time. Money comes to me in abundance ... everymore these days :-)

The Road To Slim
I am very happy with myself today. I managed to sneak in some exercises today. I usually am lazy like crazy but I am desperate to be fit and slim. I also want to wear all the lovely dresses. I want to have slim long legs like Sheryl Crow. I want my slacks, pants, jeans and skirts to fit me comfortably and never snugly. I want to wear all the frilly blouses that I bought. I want to have slim arms so that I can show off being fit and healthy.
I am happy that I have started reading and scouring health magazines and fitness websites. I want to aim to lose 5kg within 2 weeks. I am ready to be fit. I am ready to be healthy. I am ready to welcome romance and relationships in my life. I am ready to be a new person!

Anyways... will blog my success and tribulations and master my mind to persevere.

Books I Completed Reading in September
Having completed my no #1 of reading 40 books within the year of 2010 in September, my reading has taken a slow turn. I have suddenly found myself at the tail end... nonplussed and without much motivation to read. Maybe it is the books that I am reading right now that is not inspiring me to quickly turn the pages of the chapters. Maybe it is because of the emotions that I am feeling right now. There is nothing to do with books themselves or the stories that the authors are spinning. Anyways.. I endeavor to maintain my book reading spree. Why stop once the good thing has been realized? Isn't reading always fun with new knowledge, new perspectives, new interest and what not? Isn't this the reasons why I have surrounded myself with so many books. I shall best to complete the books. It is after all good to gain more knowledge and be inspired!

Listening Skills - Expanded :-)
I love the fact that my listening skills are expanding. I now love listening to podcast more than ever before. Podcast makes things so much fun and it is a novel way to listen as one's own pleasure.
I now am trying to listen rather than read a book. The best fun of this is listening to the author himself/herself narrating their storyline. I have begun with Elizabeth's Grey Eat, Pray and Love podcast - I have yet to finish this but it is fun. On those times that I may think that I am wasting my time or not I am not listening - such a terrible multitasker I am - I try to stop surfing the net and instead do some cleaning up of my room or some ironing of my clothes or just simply keep quiet and lie down whilst listening to the podcast. All these are some inspiring and relaxing. I am beginning to learn each day on how to relax. I have started with the closing of my eyes whilst I am traveling my train or bus.. then expanded it to day dreaming and soon to be that I will teach myself... to listen to my breathing by breathe in and out slowly, calmly and evenly.

Law of Attraction: Inspiring Words
I have been listening to Louise L.Hay. She has a wonderful voice. There is something in a voice that beckons me to listen to her one podcast after the other although my body tells me that I am tired, my mind is awake and attuned to the words she is uttering.
I like her podcast. She is very inspiring and very alive. The words that she says reveals her emotions and her beliefs. I believe her. Words makes the person and so do thoughts. I endeavor to keep thinking of positive words. Her podcast on forgiveness fits to my present state of emotion and mindset. I release all these negativity. I let life take it's path. I will however remain good friends with those I like and feel comfortable with.
Louise says to start loving myself is very important. Yes.. I believe this.. everything begins with the man in the mirror. I love myself and will endeavor to surround myself with love and care. That is something that I always love... to be loved.
Louise says that no one will be suddenly at my doorstop and that I need to go and find people. I keep thinking this also. It is time I mix around with people. She says to affirm these words and I believe this: I draw love and romance in my life and I accept it now. I rejoice in the love I encounter each day. I am greeted with love everywhere I go. I am thankful with all the love abundantly happening to me throughout my life.

Hungry Contemplation
Trust me to try think ahead and plan to eat another heavy breakfast due to the fact that I did not want to eat for dinner and now I am hungry.
I am at work and cannot wait to go home. There is so much of things running in my mind right now and some of it is based on food and why there are no emails for me... shouldn't I be happy that no one is disturbing me... isn't this what I have/would want?
I managed to borrow a book from the library on EQ-- hopefully it would be an exciting read. I am also reading another book entitled "What to say when you talk to yourself" by Shad Helmstetter... hopefully this will be an exciting read also. It seems so interesting so far.
Also I plan to read the following books... which I have begun reading as so far:

Also I plan to read the following books... which I have begun reading as so far:
- Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell
- Wuthering Heightsby Emily Bronte
- What to say when you talk to yourself by Shad Helmstetter

Coffee Overload
Cant sleep. I think I had too strong a coffee + my mind is overwrought. Probably it is the PMS thing. Whatever it is I do not like it cause I can feel an onset of a horrible migraine. My eyes are already watering and twitching.
Sigh! There are so many things to follow up today ! and not tomorrow. I just drank a mug of milk. Not sure whether it will work but I believe that according to the old wives tale or is it a scientific fact that milk is supposed to calm people down!
I am waiting for certain things to be downloaded. Wonder whether it is worth the wait though I do sense that my typing skills have improved without me looking at the keyboard. Now only if I can teach myself to use more of the fingers skills rather than relying on only 2 or 3 fingers! Ah... well I have learned well. I never doubted my ability to pick up new skills. Need to brush up on my Cantonese... oh I mean I need to start learning Cantonese from the scratch again as I have forgotten many of the words.
This reminds me that I need to go and pick up the latest ipod - so I can download all the podcast into it and blissfully listen without having to be self conscious that people are peeping and reading whatever that I am doing on my laptop. I am so happy that I waited and bidded my time to buy the ipod... trust my luck - the latest shuffle has come out with a cheaper price tag too. Yippee!

O' Universe
I am trying to teach my mind to not think negative matters or allow something negative to dwell constantly in my mind. It is a difficult think to do. I just need to tell myself to let go instead of attempting to block this off.
Right. I am releasing all this negativity, anger and emotions that are upsetting to me. I do not want to bother about many things.
I need to concentrate on so many other things. I need to start learning Chinese - Cantonese language. I need to pick up my PMP and start learning. Need to get rid of all these anger inside of me. I need to remain calm at all times. I need to bring back my Confucius teaching. I will remain and call on to be calm and tell my mind that peace is important. I need to stop thinking people are stepping on my toes. To err is human. Life goes on and I move on.

Lesson #1: Never underestimate the power of love
Lesson that I learned today - your mother always loves you no matter what so if you say that you are on a diet they still try to feed you. This is what I learned today. My friend was right. Mother's always knows and if afraid that their child is starving themselves. Not that I starved. I kept eating the whole day.
What I ate for dinner:
So here I am blogging. Need to endeavour to be more determined in my diet and no dinner resolution. I cant be slowing down with my weight. There are alot of things to do.

Successfully Achieved: Goal #1 for Y2010 (Reading 40 books)
Guess what?
I have achieved my goal for reading this year. The goal was simply to complete 20 books each 6 months within this year.
The first half of the year went by like a breeze. It was so difficult to keep up with reading. 2 months before the end of June I was frantically trying to complete reading 10 books! It was a torture with many books boasting of pages more than 186! However I did it. I managed to finish reading 21 books in the first year.
For the second half of the year - it was a different experience altogether. I could not stop reading! I was reading and reading like a bullet train! In fact I read so much that I completed reading all the 20 books within two months of the 2nd half year. This drills down to reading 8 books in July and 12 books in August. This means that I have completed the 40+ books for the whole year. Never mind the extra 1 or 2 books.
I feel so proud.. so unbelievably strong. I managed after so long to overachieve. Oh how good is the smell of success! Now I need to complete 2 more goals: Goa1 - Read the #2 - Read PMP and take the test by this year. Goal #3 - Slim Down from 20pounds +
I think that a overweight man of more than 400pounds can lose 48 pounds in 6 weeks - what about me who is mere 180pounds! I too can lose weight. I am taking action right now. I need to achieve this for the ease of mind, ease of health and for the fact that I get to flaunt myself in beautiful clothes and look so damn good. This is what I am aiming for - Pink's abs. Jillian michaels' luscious hair (yes.. I plan to grow my hair that long) and then wear the slinky dresses and frilly blouses. Oh this is my dream!

Manifestations are happenning
Today I wanted to eat this banana sagoo pudding broth (bubur) and next thing I knew when I came home for dinner - was that mom mum had made a big batch of this. Of course I just had to take 1 bowl of this heavenly dessert before eating the fried fish and tauhu.
I wanted to have a drink before I left work and my friend obliged me by getting me to pack one just in case the van came before we could sit down and finish the drink.
I wanted a girl to sit beside me in the bus so I did not have to go to the hassle of having a large man sitting beside me -- especially when I did not have much space to sit. Then presto after awhile, a girl sat beside me and the kind man who had pushed his seat far back into my space, adjusted his seat and allowed me the leisure space to rest and place my legs properly.
I came back home safely.
My boss congratulated me for a job well done :-)
hehe ... I am so happy. I could scream with joy.
A friend of mine shared the whole series of star wars with me so I have a copy of all 6 movies of star wars. The best thing? He will download the Lost Season 6 for me!! Yahoo! I was just talking about this with my friend last week. Thank God!
My name and contribution is in the newsletter..yeeha... I am a start overnight... then again... I am already a star :-)

Slim Down Plan: Day 1
I am determined to slim down. The exercise that I did over the weekend help as I see that I am less wobbly and much smaller in size. Few inches small that is but things however small is always very big in results :-)
Today for dinner I had various things but in less quantities:
I had a small scoop of rice, few ladies fingers - boiled and eaten with blended chillies, tempeh (fermented soya), fried fish and some sambal. I drank only water. Munched some dried muruku and chewed few chewing gum.
I guess... now looking at the compilation of what I have eaten, it seems like I have eaten way too much. Need to cut down on the dinner tomorrow and also for breakfast.
