Shopping Cart

I plan to eat more healthily this year. I also plan to skip dinner. So far  I am taking gradual steps to ease me up of thinking that I need to eat despite not being hungry. At work, I have not been screaming for biscuits before lunch. I tell myself that 12pm is around the corner and then I busy myself to not think of food.

I plan to fill up my shopping cart with the following:

  1. Greens. Salads especially the oak leaves and baby romaines and wonderful tummy soothing basil leaves.
  2. Cherry tomatoes. I so adore them as I do with Roma tomatoes.
  3. I need to stop thinking of the potato wedges and think of making my own with russet potatoes.
  4. Buy different types of nuts.
  5. Source that dried tomatoes. Someone must be selling this - also at an affordable price!
  6. I need to think crunchy such as crunchy carrots, celery, turnips etc
  7. Cornflakes - where are thou. I need to start choping on this again - hmm... maybe I could substitute this in the night during dinnertime.
