It reminds me that I am good. That I deserve to live the life that I want and that everybody has that one choice on how they want to live life. I no longer see myself as a log going with the flow of the currents. I see myself as an individual who is in canoe with her own paddles with a vision or goal in her mind. I see myself in the rapids confidently maneuvering myself to my goal and a place to land my canoe. I see myself as a confident, mature, beautiful individual who has achieved everything in life. I see myself going to meet the person I love so much and the person who loves me back. I see myself spirited and with full of joy. I see myself smiling and laughing.. so glad to be in the world surrounded my nature. I see myself so thrilled that I am going back home to my family and my work. I see myself as a successful individual.
